**Update to my previous post** My first experience with this product encountered a little "flook"---the inside piece of plastic broke away from the exterior part of the lid. I was really disappointed, since I really loved how it looked and worked, but was now worried that the quality might not be very good. After reaching out to the company, they refunded my money with no questions asked and assured me that this was not a common problem at all. I purchased another one, and it's been working like a dream. It makes my whole house smell like a spa, and I love the soft whirring sound of the diffuser. Love this product!So far, I am absolutely LOVING my new diffuser! In addition to looking really sleek and beautiful, making my whole house smell like a relaxing spa, the soft "whooshing" sound has done wonders to calm my pup into slumber at night. He's had difficulty calming down at night, but the relaxing scent of the diffuser, and the soft calming sound it emits has been a GAME CHANGER! Who knew?! I love this product and plan on getting another one for the larger areas of my home. VERY happy with this purchase!

I wrote days ago about my purchase without response. the cord Plugs on the diffuser are made for Europian use.I am in the USA need the plug prongs to be flat.I checked to see if I can find a adaptor,no luckI have to sent it backNot Happy

I have to update my review. As much as I was totally delighted with this product when I wrote my first review, I now have to follow up and post my disappointment. Although my product still works, and I have followed all directions using pure essential oils, it has now melted shut. The inside of the exhaust where the cold mist is let out has built up a sticky, tacky film, and the top has now sealed itself to the bottom. I am not able to remove the top in order to fill the water reservoir. I now have to add water through the top, as well as the drops of oil. I'm very disappointed, especially since I've only had this for 2 months and have purchased one as a gift for a friend. $45 for a plastic diffuser would lead me to believe it should last for a while. Will not purchase another plastic diffuser. Hopefully mine was just defective.This is one of the best things I've purchased in a long time. I love it! It fills a big room, but if you use less oil it's not so intense. I can fill 1000sq feet with 2-3 drops of pure essential oil. My only complaint is that it isn't real wood. It looks very real and I love the colored light that you can change. Very soothing. Thinking about buying another, just wish there was one I could use batteries with instead of a plug. I have a very old house and the outlets aren't plentiful.

Product arrived with a 220 EU plug, nothing in description regarding EU specific electricity requirements.

I thought it would be a little more quality wood grain but its definitely plastic. It works very well, nice mist & soft night light, very quiet too.

This diffuser has been running constantly since I got it and it is still working perfectly. The only thing is it doesn't actually hold 400 ml of water. It comes with a little cup to use to fill the well ( a nice feature). The cup holds 100 ml and I can only fill the well with 3 cups of water. Still, it does seem to last for 12 hours on the right setting. Also, it really does look like wood. I hate plastic but I don't mind the look of this diffuser. I love setting the lights so they gradually change from one color to another. It's a very 60s look but I enjoy it.

Love this diffuser. It looks nice, works well, and turns off by itself. Love the two settings - low and high - for the mist. It's pretty large but absolutely worth it because it holds so much water and can run for so long. We didn't buy it for the lights, but they are pretty neat. The colors are very customizable and my teenage daughter loves it. This is a great diffuser.

Came with a European adapter not American. Can not use.
