It cuts meats pretty well without much strength.
This product was bought to help a relative with Parkinson's disease cut his own meat. It did a pretty good job. He doesn't have much strength in his hands.

This cutting tool is not close to being sharp!
Was really looking forward to getting this because I have been using my moms kitchen Aide one that is wonderful! They do not make that one anymore. I am very disappointed!!!!!
