These are the best store cookie. Great taste and few ingredients. However, they are spendy so had to drop from subscription and just order for special :)

Great cookies, some broken in shipment but very good.

VERY Freash. The snack size of 2 round cookies helps keeps me from eating them all at one time. I love shortbread cookies like Sandies Pecan, Lorna Doones and Rugala’s. I eat them slowly and am able to take the crunchy creamy butter. I have purchased 3 times and will go back again Give them a try and just enjoy. It’s a great way to start the day.

The shortbread highlanders are good, tho I have to say that they were better quality about a decade ago. Less butter I would say, and perhaps a lower quality wheat flour. The compensation is that the calories per cookie and possibly lower. I liked the packaging, which encourages me to stick with one or two per day, but sadly, most of the cookies so far are broken, mostly in three, four or five small pieces plus crumbs. Hard to imagine how badly they were tossed around during shipping, or maybe they were in an earthquake?

Most of the two packs in this box of bisquits arrived broken. Yes I can eat them and they taste great, but they are broken up in many small pieces. Maybe they should be sent with a Fragile sticker on the box.

If you like a really nice cookie, this one is at the tops in my opinion. And this box with individual servings is perfect.
