This supplement provides 600 mg of high absorption Vitamin C which is over 600% of recommended dosage. While this is less than the 1000 mg you get with some of the supplements out there, it is probably as much as your body needs and can realistically absorb from a vitamin (vs natural foods).Vitamin C has a ton of health benefits, not the least of which is to fight off viruses if taken on a daily basis. If you start feeling yourself coming down with something, you can up the dosage to double to get maximum virus fighting benefits (along with drinking a ton of water to maximize hydration and keep your system "flushed").I like the 180 servings (almost 6 months worth) for current price of around $16 -- great value for getting a high dosage of high absorption vitamin C for 6 months.I prefer citrus tasting chewables or gummies since they are easier to take and taste better, but these single pills are tolerable to swallow (as long as you don't have a major issue with swallowing moderately large pills).I appreciate that they are non-GMO and made in the good old USA.

I am carnivore so I don’t eat vegetable or fruit. I depend on this product for my vitamin. Before I started taking the liposomal vitamin c I took another supplement and really didn’t feel my best. I think that because this is fat soluble and my diet is hi satiety this works really well

I have been using high doses of liposomal C for about 11 months now, in an effort to bring down eosinophil levels. Liposomal C absorbs better and stays in your system slightly longer.Normal course of treatment for lowering eosinophils is glucocorticoids and a low dose chemo drug. (hyper eosinophilia is a bone marrow issue) Both are hard on your system. My researched therapy of choice has worked instead and so I continue it. C does not stay in the system long so I take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 more in the afternoon. I ended up lowering my eosinophils from 1552 to 480 so far in 11 months. It needs to be below 500 so I did it!THIS brand did not not seem to change thing any. It seems to be working as well as other brands I have used. My numbers keep coming down. I also have a mast cell disorder and I noticed with the higher doses of C that my reactions have been lower. That is a nice "side effect".No complaints of regrets here.

I was advised by my physician to take a high dose of Vitamin C, and I found this online and decided to try it. I have been taking it for a couple of weeks, and so far there are no negative effects. In fact, it seems to be helping my immune system a bit, as I do feel somewhat better, since I'm not able to go outside as much right now due to an operation. The potency is high enough to be working, and you get quite a few months' supply in this bottle, which makes it worth the price. These are smallish capsules, so fairly easy to take for anyone, as you can see the size in the picture. I will continue to take and purchase these, and would definitely recommend them to others.

I ordered this to add to my immune boosting supplements. I take a daily multi and other supplements but especially during the winter when cold/flu and everything else tends to rise, I increase my immunity regimen. I ordered this "liposomal" specifically because from what I have read, it's a more potent form of Vitamin C. It is better (and more efficiently) absorbed, so your immune system gets the benefits. Taking MORE Vitamin C is not helpful, if you are not actually absorbing it. I am using this to hopefully optimize absorption and ward off illness. As variants and other bugs continue to circulate, I am happy to have this on hand. I have taken it for several days now and have had no issues.
