MorganProducts Plastic No-Slip Hoop 17

I am moving on to larger projects and this frame is the perfect size..!!! I have 2 smaller morgan frames and am looking forward to my next project in this hoop.They hold your fabric nice and tight and are easy to work with.

Man, I have tried several types of hoops and frames for punch needle embroidery. These just work the best hands down. I've got them now from 5" through 17" and they all work great and all make doing punch needle as well as any other kind of embroidery easier to do and more fun in the process. This large hoop is even great for hand quilting baby quilts and such.

Good value. After getting used to the large size, easy to work with. Only draw back for me is the large screw used to fasten the closing. Can easily get caught on the material you’re working with. I would buy this product again but might try a little smaller size.

I bought this hoop several years ago and I have gotten so much use from it. Before I purchased this quilting hoop, I was going through a lot of wooden ones that would easily break. This one survived many years of wear and tear until my 4yo and 8yo finally snapped it while playing circus or something crazy like that. I plan on purchasing another. It was sturdy with a nice, tight hold. There is a ridge around the middle of the hoop that holds the fabric in place so much better than a flat hoop. The hardware is heavy-duty and the plastic is thick and strong. Great quality!

I would have given this 5 stars except that the rings are too wide. By that I am talking about the height of the rings while laying on the table, not the circle part. I expected more narrow rings. Most of them are like 1/4 inch, but this one is about 1/2 inch. Other than that, I am pleased with this product. I find I have to tighten the screw once in a while when working on a cross-stitch project though.

Was exactly what I needed

It is thicker and more sturdy than my wooden one for king size quilting.

Works nicely for punch embroidery...holds fabric in place very well. Worth the purchase...
