Received the hose and all parts to fill the waterbed. It doesn't appear to be a factory assembled kit, but it will do what I need. It also came with the vinyl conditioner and water conditioner.

Good quality but pricey.
Used it, worked okay. Has a burper for removing air from mattress, which is handy, my main reason for buying.
