Badger fat is an old-school European and Asian remedy; you know it, you know it. If you don't, look it up!Reviews are not allowed to post about health claims, thus I'll state how great this product is compared to what I used to get in Russia. Compared to those musky, greasy, horsepills, these capsules are small and golded in color, smelling fresh and very palatable to those who are accustomed. The fresheness is vry apparent on opening the bottle which is well sealed and boxed. The capsules are small and easy to swallow with a glass of water, but can cause a few oily burps, so I take these with a meal to increase absorption. Badger fat on its own can vary in quality, yet this bottle is one of the nicest I've used so far. The freshness, price, potency, and small-capsule size can't be beat!

What can I say about these badger fat capsules? They appear to be well made, with clear yellowish oil in a small transparent case. The capsules are clean and dry, with no sense of leaked oil. The package is protected from tampering by a plastic ring that cracks away from the cap. The packaging is in Ukrainian and English. It purports to be almost 100% badger fat, with a little vitamins A and E thrown in. I know from personal experience that badger fat is used as a folk remedy for many conditions in Russia, Ukraine, and Central Asia (where it is used both topically and ingested). You might want to read up on it. Other than that, I have no way of testing the veracity or quality of the contents (but I do not harbor any negative thoughts or suspicions). As far as I can tell, it seems to be a good product.

Although this is a traditional remedy, its also an excellent gag gift. It appears to work as advertised and made even more laughs!
