For anyone who suffers with joint pain/inflammation, i was probably taking 400mgs of Ibobrufen once or sometimes twice a day for a sore knee/joint pain. When I had my dental inplants done 3 going on for 4 weeks ago I started taking these Tumeric Tablets to help with the inflammation and it most definitely helped. But not only that but my knee and joint pain has practically settled all together. Its said to be a bit of a wonder drug and I can say I am absolutely 100 percent behind it. I haven't had to take any painkillers for probably 2 weeks now. The effect has been incredible. If you are getting it it has to be a high potency one with high potency Cucumin and include the Black Pepper. although didnt order theses but they turned up, yes gave them a try were ok.

Ersmal zum Produkt selber, es sind ganz ganz kleine Mini-Pillen, gelb, stark gepresst, und das Döschen ist auch grad mal 25% voll. Aber die Inhalte sind wohl gegeben. Man muss etwas mehr Wasser dazu trinken, weils so stark gepresst wurde. Zur Wirkung kann ich natürlich nichts sagen, ich nehme 3-4 davon auch 2x am Tag, um Entzündungen entgegen zu wirken, die zb vom Training auftreten.

Le résultat on ne le sens pas forcément ce n'est pas com vitamine C, magnésium etc...C un concentré de curcuma qui est très bon pour la santé, ça ne se mesure pas dans le sang, pour l'instant rien à dire d'autre.
