Product description With Dr Oetker Gelatine Fix gelatin it is easy to prepare delicious cream cakes, desserts and savory dishes. Gelatine Fix is added directly to the liquid without swelling or boiling. Simply, quickly and without lumps. INSTRUCTION: A sachet of Gelatin Fix is sufficient for 250ml of liquid (e.g. juice) or 250g of cream, dairy products, fruit puree. ATTENTION: Always stir in the sugar at the very end! WHIPPED CREAM: While whipping, let the gelatine trickle in. Stir in sugar. QUARK/YOGHURT CREAM: Whip the cream until stiff. Stir the gelatine into the quark/yoghurt for 1 minute using a mixer (stirring rods) or a whisk. Fold in the cream. Stir in sugar. LIQUID: Stir in the gelatine with a whisk for 1 minute. Stir in sugar. THEN cool as needed. NOTE: Does not work with some fresh tropical fruits, e.g. pineapple, kiwis, figs and mangoes. This is because these fruits contain an enzyme that dissolves gelatin.
