I returned my ponytail b/c it was the wrong color. It didn’t have enough 1b in it for it to match well with my hair. The seller Amy contacted me to ask if there was in issue with the ponytail so that she could make things right. She ended up sending me another ponytail in a 1b instead. The ponytail is cute just like your average beauty supply ponytails but they didn’t have this style at my local beauty supply. Amy’s customer service was excellent I have no complaints on the quality of the hair. It’s not human hair so don’t expect much more then the heat resistant synthetic hair b/c that’s what it is.

It is only good to wear for 3 - 4 days. It mats together too much.

There are some really good synthetic weaves that flow like natural hair and looks natural. This ain’t it. It doesn’t fully mimic blown out natural black hair, its super poofy out the package. I tried straightening it with a blow dryer and that was okay. I tried with a flat iron on 350 & that helped a lot to make it look more natural & have a nice flow to it when it moves. The ends are still kinda crappy but I may trim them so that they lay better.

I will definitely buy again the hair is cute and looks like yours and they package it with a cute surprise. Y'all sold me on this one . Good buy for sure . Thank you

I'm yet to install it yet, but this extension is beautiful!. So soft! I love the feel of it. I hope it doesn't shed or tangle after installing, but from the texture I don't think it will. it looks like great quality. My finger runs through the hair easily. he package came with a free set of lashes-big thanks to the seller for the extra. I will certain buy this hair again if there are other colors
