Don't hesitate to buy
So VERY pleased with this. It keeps baby much cooler than before. I don't notice excessive sweating and the baby is much less fussy for longer periods.Love the head rest wings. Her car seat had no good head support but this keeps her head up when she's napping. It is clearly well made, not your typical overseas quality. The material doesn't have any sharp edges or rough seams that would rub her skin. We haven't gotten it dirty yet, but I can see the fabric should be easy to clean up.I got the toddler size since she's almost 10 months old. It fits nicely in her rear facing infant Graco. I can see it will last her a long time, size wise.It was easy to install around her current strap level. It attaches over the top of the car seat with 2 small elastic straps and hooks. I was afraid it wouldn't be very secure and slide around a lot, but it stays in place quite well.It also doesn't slide around in the car seat when she's strapped in, so it seems much more stable and safe.Super happy with the product, would definitely buy again and planning to gift to one of the pediatric doctor's I work with at a baby shower next month.Put it in your cart now!

The shape needs work...
Bought this to put in our Chicco Keyfit with our 2 month old son because he sweats a lot in his car seat in the summer. This product works really well and keeps baby nice and cool, however, the shape is weird. You have to maneuver the seat belt mechanism around the pad, which is awkward and I'm sure is not totally safe. It would be much better if there were slots in the fabric where you could pull the seat belt through. Going to hold onto it though, because it works better in a stroller and we will use it for that.

Works with Chico Fit2 Car seat
I have the Chicco fit 2 car seat. This fits. I just had to cut the back cushion part on the headrest part of the liner. Works well. My baby stays fairly dry. Now on really hot day she still sweats and is damp from sweat but it’s not as bad. She use to hate the car seat (I think it was because she was hot in it). Since using this (for the past 2 months) she no longer hates the car seat. She doesn’t cry anymore. (For Reference, we use the rear facing infant car seat and we started using at about 5 months old. My baby wa about 14 pounds or so)

It really works!
My baby did not like riding in the carseat. I kept trying to figure out the problem. I finally figured out he was getting too hot while sitting in the carseat. I search for solutions and found this product. Immediately he was cooler, more comfortable and not crying while in the carseat. I am so happy I brought this product. I've been using it for over a year now.

Worked out surprisingly well...
We've put this in the washing machine (front loader) and it's turned out fine. It's been handwashed as well. We have a Graco click connect car seat and it seems really hard and uncomfortable for the baby. So we used this for ventilation and comfort. It works for both. We did take out the extra padding where the shoulders are supposed to be. We found it uneccesary.I was skeptical about it at first because I thought it would be a safety issue. But it keeps him comfortable and it sits behind him and not to the side of him. Baby is 6 months now probably 18/19 pounds.

Didn't notice a difference
My daughter would sweat a lot in the car when she was first born (I'm a first time mom, didn't know that this is normal) and I thought I needed to find a solution to it. I didn't notice any difference with this pad and I tried it with my niece in the stroller on a hot day at an amusement park, and also didn't seem to keep her any cooler than without. If it was say $10, than maybe, but too expensive not to work and so I sent it back.

Works well in Florida heat for Britax convertible carseat and uppababy vist
Pros: definitely cools baby down and helps with the Florida heatCons: the straps that allow you to hold the cooling mat onto the car seat or stroller isn't reliable.Take away: I use a Britax convertible carseat And uppababy Vista stroller. The Matt works very well with those two products and keeps baby from drenching his clothes in the Florida heat.

Breathable quality mesh material
This is a great product. It made a big difference in 100 degree weather. It isn’t the 100% solution but it has made a big impact on car rides! The material is very breathable. It will not fit a brand new little one but it fits my 13 lbs baby car seat settings. I suggest to have adjust slits in addition to fit the newborns size. Overall, it is well worth the money!
