This stuff is awesome. Works great, easy to use, and self levels amazing!Note: it says to use while tube is warm at room temperature. You do not want to use this while it's cold. It will not self level if cold and you will have a disaster at hand. I personally set it outside in the sun for 30 minutes to get it more warm and make it more soft. It self leveled perfect.

Dicor is the only lap sealant I use on the roof of my RV. It is a well known and reputable brand and I have never had any issues with application or failure. It works well on the roof of my Crossroads RV and the quality is hard to beat. It applies easy over the old Dicor and settles well into all the cracks and imperfections. The new white looks good and dries quickly and I have even applied while it was sprinkling rain

Works well and is a well known sealant. Easy to use . Make sure you prep surface properly. One tube doesn't go far so order more than you think.

Needed the non-leveling stuff to use on a place that you would normally use a caulk line, but I wanted it to be more durable. This product worked great and looks great. I unfortunately applied it only 8 hours prior to a surprise rainstorm but it held up and now that its set I think it will last a very long time.

Bought this to seal in a new roof vent in my trailer. Worked great just like it should. However, despite being told by many that one tube was enough, I definitely needed a second. I wasn't even globbing it on super thick, just being reasonably thorough. It was a standard 14 inch square vent and I put in an inch and a half bead all around, but it left something of mote between the sealant and the housing which will trap water. So you might want two.Edit: Update about temperature. I applied the outer ring at 85 degrees. The inner ring with the second tube was done at 91 degrees. This second tube self-leveled to a significantly smoother finish. A few degrees might not seem like it would matter but it certainly does.

Awesome stuff. Had a leak around vent on trailer. Took off old sealant and used this and the leak is gone. Durable stuff and stops leaks if you follow the directions!
