Tree thickness is side of a beercan or tuna can. thanks** A: It is not effective when applied to the ground. It binds to the soil and decomposes before the roots can absorb it. You have to cut the tree down, drill holes in the stump, then pour this into the holes. You may need to repeat after 24 hours. But eventually it will die. I have successfully done this on 2 trees larger than yours. **Q: Is this effective and safe for weeds, thistle, dandelion in juniper horizontalis, i.e. h. Wiltoni?** A: I can says for sure that it is effective for common flower bed weeds, but I'm not sure of the types. This contains the same active ingredient as roundup - so if that product kills it, this one should too. **Q: Wil this kill rough stalk bluegrass, without killing rest of the yard?** A: Like it says on the cover, it kills EVERYTHING!!! Grass, weeds, saplings......EVERYTHING!! You could probably try to spot treat, but I wouldn't recommend it. It will last as long time, used at a low concentration. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It works great give it time *by G***. on May 13, 2025* I not sure what this is made for but it is not weed killer. I have 5 acres of fence and driveway to spray so I mixed 4 1/2 ounce per gallon a week ago and used dye with it so I don’t miss anything and not have to go back and do the spots I missed. I’m going to have to respray everything it didn’t kill anything. So I’m out my time plus what I paid for this junk and the dye which is going to make it harder with the dye already on the ground I’m not going to know what I sprayed with the new unless I can find a different color dye to use.
