Seller solved issue
After seeing my review. The seller reached out and solved my issue. Thanks! I ordered another two and all works.Only suggestion is the screw hole needs to be deeper to fit more kinds of tripods.

Nice camera case… almost perfect
Perfect fit for the Raspberry Pi Camera V2. Slot in the back allows for access to the ribbon cable connector if you need to install or remove it. Naturally, it’s easiest if you attach the ribbon cable prior to mounting the camera, but it’s not necessary. The 4 tiny screws take a little dexterity to work with. Magnetize the tip of a small #1 Phillips screwdriver to make it easier. Make sure you carefully hold the screw perfectly in line with the hole as you start it. The holes are not threaded, so you’re cutting threads as you insert the screw. If you start at an angle, you’ll strip the hole as it forces the screw to straighten out. Go slow with a lot of downward pressure to get the threads cut correctly.I knocked off a star for the usability of the 1/4” camera stud mount on the back. A standard camera stud mount is about 3/16” long (0.188”). The hole on this camera mount is only 0.163” deep. When you put it on some kind of camera mount, the stud will bottom out before the back of the mounting case makes contact with whatever kind of tripod or device you’re using. To counter this, you’ll need to place a thin washer behind this case to get a firm mount. Not a huge problem, but if the manufacturer just made the back of this case 0.03” (1mm) thicker, this wouldn’t be needed and you could place this case on any camera mounting device or tripod.

This is a neat way to protect your camera but make sure it fits before you buy
I bought this with the 64MB arducam auto focus camera but it did not fit. The autofocus camera is a bit thicker than the non focus models so the transparent cover did not fit properly. I have a bunch of other Arducam and Raspberry Pi cameras so I should be able to put it to use.

Meh
So, for what it is, it's cool. That said, working with the camera can be quite a pain with this thing. Taking the face on and off is difficult, and if you do so with any regularity, you're going to break one (or probably eventually all of the little plastic retaining clips), all that said, I'd buy it again for what it is. Just be aware, if you put a camera in it, attaching the cable requires you to take the module off the board.

I won't buy it again for my other cameras
The "case" is not desirable. The 1/4-20 threads are too shallow as most mounts have more threads than the case can accommodate. The removable portion will not fully seat because the camera body sticks out too far.
