Silicone Steamers
Love the taste of fresh steamed vegetables, takes on minutes in microwave. Easy cleaning is a plus.

cooks unevenly
Bought this primarily to steam vegetables in my new microwave. Have used it 3 times and each time the veges were cooked unevenly, with some portions cooked through and other parts not cooked enough. The cooking times listed in the instruction booklet can be ignored. I will go back to using my basket steamer in a covered pot of boiling water.

Well made Love it.
Didn’t know how this would work, handle, but love it. Use it a few times a week now. Like all silicone cookware, it takes a little getting used to. Am seventy and like the lightweight cookers. Now have a few different pieces and loving them also. Must be mindful of handling silicone cookware, but once you use it a couple of times you won’t go back to heavier vessels.

A Healthy way to eat.
I've had several containers to steam food in this is my favorite by far. It's flexible because it's silicone. It's well made. The booklet that comes with it tells you how muchwater to add for various foods. My corn and broccoli steamed perfectly in 4-5 min.Will gift it many times. Looking forward to using it again.
