Bought these for a relaxing spot in garden - easy to assemble and look amazing

I bought this for a buy to let property.It was a nightmare to put together, took a couple of hours. Nothing lined up, bits missing.The rattan was all loose, bits poking out all over.I couldn’t send it back as tenants were moving in. I wrote to their customer service to complain and explain, I needed a discount, refund or exchange. They were useless, kept fobbing me off to Amazon, who in tern refered me back to supplier. Got absolutely nowhere!This is not worth the money, and there is certainly no customer service to rely on.

Thank goodness it was only 2 chairs to assemble. What should have been a 10 minute job took over 2 hours. Holes don’t line up properly for assembly. Hard to get into the corners with the Allan key. Can’t turn it properly. Lots of swear words from husband! Did look nice once assembled.

After reading the reviews I was concerned we'd have bother putting these items together. Yes, it's fiddly, but the main reason for that is because the drilled holes aren't lined up precisely. A little tweak by the manufacturers would solve this problem, I'm sure!Overall though, very happy with the quality and comfort of these chairs - for the price I was a little worried they'd look and feel cheap but they definitely don't. Would prefer a thicker seat pad but that's a personal thing - you can always add to the ones that are supplied.It's a shame not to give 5/5 when the chairs and little table look so good but the assembly issues have to be brought into account.

Bought as a gift! Product was dirty and parts wrapped in cling as if they were second hand. They were dirty with mud like marks. Really hard to put together. Awful, I would not recommend. Disappointed.
