I’ve been using this teeth whitening system for a little over a week now and I have already seen my teeth get 2-3 shades whiter! It comes with 2 settings: The blue light (15 mins) and the Red Light (10 mins). The blue light is supposed to be gentler for more sensitive teeth and the red light is the normal setting. I have very sensitive teeth so I used the blue setting first. I really hated waiting for 15 mins so I decided to test out the red light for 10 mons and still NO SENSITIVITY AT ALL!! The only downside is that you have to purchase the gel pens on their website bc they aren’t for sale on Amazon. But that’s totally fine with me bc this product works!!!

I LOVE this product. I was a little skeptical because I haven’t had success before with other teeth whitening products/strips. With iLumi, you can get results much faster than typical teeth whiteners so I thought I would give it a try and I’m so glad I did!I have a small mouth so applying the gel wasn’t the easiest, but once it’s on you just pop in the light and let it sit. So so easy & you will see results fast. I wish I had taken before photos to share, but bottom line - I love this product and totally recommend it!!

Just starting to use the product. Seems to be working. The mouthpiece could be a little smaller. Other than that. The product seems fine will give a more detailed update farther along in the treatment.

I really liked this product whitened teeth with no sensitivity and very easy to use. What I did not like is the lack of customer service. My first response was you can get them. Trying to get just tell refills is apparently not possible, they suggest you sign up for a subscription and they will send you an entire new kit with a 5% discount. To me that seems like a huge waste of money. Sad because it was one of the easiest whitening kits I’ve used.

This product is so easy to use. I’ve used other teeth whitening products before and they’ve either hurt my teeth or are sticky and annoying to use! This is so so simple and I can already see a difference after just a few uses! It doesn’t hurt my teeth at all and it’s a simple clean up. Also easy to bring with me when I’m traveling! Comes with two settings. Also, the packing is great! 10/10 would recommend!

I only used this product once, and the light on the mouthpiece failed right after. Since then, the light just blinks continuously! I’m very frustrated and could not reach out to the supplier to have this worthless contraption replaced. It’s very expensive and it’s frustrating that it failed after only one use.

I submitted for replacement charging cord options and submitting again because I did not get a response from the web site.My charging cable magnetized to another USB connector while it was plugged in and melted apart from the short circuit. Any way to order a replacement charging cord or two and have them sent to me ... ?

I LOVE this product. After only a couple uses my teeth were so much brighter, and I have received so many compliments. My teeth are normally super sensitive to any whitening gels I’ve used in the past, but the iLumi gel must be magic because I will rinse or even drink cold water after uses and my teeth feel perfectly fine. Also super easy instructions with diagrams on how to use!
