Acme Chantelle Queen Bed in Rose Gold PU & Pearl White

The inside doorway delivery arrived 4 hours early without notice. The delivery sent 6 notifications that it was on time and requested that I be home at the agreed upon time. It arrived 4 hours early, and the delivery guy was not gentle—he flipped the boxes in my apartment door. I was worried the bed would be damaged for sure.The bed had minor scrapes and scratches in areas undetectable. And is beautiful. The quality is a 15 out of 10. The bed is extremely heavy, but I put it together by myself. It took 1.5 hours. The instructions were brief but accurate, and easy to follow. I used a drill at the end, but a screw driver could do the job just the same. I don’t regret this purchase. It is well worth the price. This is a forever piece of furniture that is an investment.I have my dream bed and am very happy with my purchase.

Very heavy weight solid wood. Real furniture. We love it! It came exactly as described. well worth it!

The box arrived broken and opened. The box had foot prints all over it and people who were delivering it were not careful. We kept the bed because I had no time to wait for replacement due to my busy traveling life. The bed is beautiful but delivery was horrible!!!!!!!!

The ACME Eastern King Chantelle Rose Gold and Pearl White Bed looks very nice in person. Even better than the photos. It’s sturdy and elegant. Easy to assemble.Excellent customer service and support. Yes I did have a few questions prior to purchasing. Customer Support responded to my questions same day and followed up with me to confirm shipping and delivery dates. I am very satisfied with my purchase. I plan to order other pieces from the Chantelle collection.

The wooden panel show a hairline crack. I will try to fix with wood filler.

Pictures don't even do this bed justice. I just got it today, if theres issues with how it holds up I'll update this review. This bed is gorgeous! I've wanted this for a while and I finally bit the bullet. Worth it! I ordered an eastern king size. I've uploaded a few pictures because when I was contemplating buying this I couldnt find many pictures outside of the manufacturers, I wanted to see it in "real life." If you're thinking about buying this bed, do it!

the first time i ordered this bed they gave me 2 right legs instead of a left and a right so i reordered it and they send me a replacement .. i was upset that i had to wait another 8 days for the replacement but i was so happy witht the outcome.. this bed is GORGEOUS! I bought in in pearl white. so elegant and so worth it !

Stunningly beautiful bed! Nice & sturdy but very easy to assemble; I was able to do it with no help, but ideally, you should have at least one more person to help set it up. Very well made. I love my new bed!
