Great choice for very portable, light laptop! I'd buy again.
We purchased this laptop for an extended trip where we would be traveling for 3 weeks with airplane, train, and car rides. Our 17" HP laptop is fine for short hops or single flights, but it can be bulky, heavy, and uncomfortable to carry on longer trips. The Go 2 really fit the bill for easy carry, big-enough screen, hard-drive size, and mostly feather-light weight! The built-in touchpad made use very simple at hotels or in trains / planes. It boasts a nice screen and ample battery life, and gets plenty of use at home on the couch since returning. It has a touchscreen, but I find that feature unnecessary with the built-in touchpad, and I don't like marring the screen with my fingerprints. I feel like MicroSoft really succeeded with this laptop for its category and price. I definitely got more than my money's worth, and I highly recommend this computer. We even used it for backing up a couple of thousand photos from our phones using the Send Anywhere app. Overall a great purchase!

Best laptop for science students
Engineering and finance student here! Two years ago exactly June 2023 I graduated high school and bought this laptop for college, I thought it was just for a while and I would need to update to a better one but this is the best computer ever! For engineering that requires various programs only available for a Microsoft system it’s perfect, and for finance and excel sheets as well, no need to carry anything else than its charger and you’re good to go.

Super Little Surface Laptop
The media could not be loaded. This is the fastest laptop I've ever own. I have a podcast studio in the opposite end of the house of my wifi, which my other PC and a Chromebook I tried wouldn't stay connected to stream podcast. This Surface is epic, it not only has perfect connection, it allows me to do multiple things at once while live streaming a podcast. Really powerful little PC, it's thin and sturdy 12in. The amount of multitasking it allows along with the startup speed, this is truly a good buy at the current price, I paid the full price when it first came out last June and I don't regret it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Not durable, buyers beware
At first this laptop worked fine, but in about a year it’s pretty much become complete junk. It has terrible battery life, running out in <2 hours after only 1 year of owning. The battery gets really hot, and the display regularly glitches out. It also constantly needs to be updated, nearly every week.

Good value for the price
I was hesitant about buying this because the specs are kind of low, but relative to the cost, that seems OK. This is a perfect daily driver that's small and light with decent battery life, provided you do All The Things in a browser. Build quality is solid (mostly, in a moment) and consistent with the product line, even though the bottom side is plastic. Mine did develop a cracking noise in the hinge, and the only reason that I didn't dock more than one star is because Microsoft's warranty service is crazy fast, with free overnight out and back to you.

Survived TSA, Turbulence, and Toddlers: My Laptop’s Unexpected Endurance Test
I don’t normally write reviews, but this machine just survived a full-on Odyssey.I lost it at the airport. Thought it was gone forever. It was unknowingly tossed around in a kids’ wagon, loaded onto a plane, bumped, jostled, forgotten.I found it HOURS later—intact. Still charged. Still running.Microsoft, whatever you did to make this laptop? You did it right.I don’t know if it’s built from military-grade alloy or raw determination, but it WORKS.If this laptop were a person, it would be Jason Bourne.10/10. Would accidentally abandon again.

I love it !
I love this laptop at first I was skeptical about purchasing a laptop through a 3rd party but they didn’t disappoint me . When I first received the laptop , it had some downloading issues and I did some digging and it was through Microsoft . Which soon got resolved. It’s fast ! But I will be honest when playing a game like Roblox the battery isn’t good , but when I watch Netflix it’s decent . Other than that so far so good ! This is also my college laptop .
