Most wonderful hydration mix!
I’ve tried several hydration and lactation drink mixes and this one is by far my favorite!!! I crave this constantly but try to limit it to one maybe two drink mixes a day as the B12 levels are super high and will start to give headaches if you drink too much! I would not take this if you get vitamin B12 from supplements or shots. Other than that, these are wonderful and I think helped with my supply as well! These are safe for the whole family too in moderation! Reminds me of the lemonades at county and state fairs! These might be more pricey than others like it on the market but it’s so worth it and I will continue to buy these the whole time I’m breast feeding and maybe longer!

Love the flavor! Not Salty at all
As a mom who has a newborn and exclusively breastfeeding I was looking for something to help with hydration because let’s be honest I walk around with my big water bottle but sometimes in the craziness I don’t drink as much as I should. I tried liquid iv but I can’t STAND how salty they are. So I was a little hesitant but I love the blue raspberry! I actually enjoy drinking it everyday. I drink it before bed so that I don’t wake up feeling like I’m dehydrated with all the nursing sessions and my middle of the night pump.

Flavor is great
Flavor is amazing with this one. It does fizz up like a carbonated beverage when you first dump the powder in. So make sure you're ready to but the cap on right away. Also make sure you have enough water gone from the bottle/glass that it doesn't overflow due to the fizzing. Didn't see a change in breast milk production but it was a nice flavor to drink over just water.

Blue raspberry > Strawberry
The blue raspberry is great flavor, the strawberry kiwi on the other hand is HORRIBLE. I couldn’t even drink them. Honestly I’ve just been drinking the blue raz for the flavor at this point. Not noticing any difference with hydration in milk supply sense or energy sense.

Tasty!
These are delicious, we keep lots of electrolyte options on hand and I always find myself reaching for these. They are a little difficult to get everything to dissolve, but I just find by the time I get to the bottom if I haven’t continued to stir it’s a bit more concentrated, but it’s never once been a bother. I do with that they were a bit lower price point, but overall still worth it to me. There’s no unpleasant odors, just smells like blue raspberry. These are perfect to stay hydrated.

Love it!
I love it! It gives me a sense of hydration that plain water no longer gives me as an exclusive breastfeeding mama. It does not dissolve well so I mix it with a small amount of water in a bottle and shake it to break it up before adding it to my hydroflask then adding the rest of my water. It tastes amazing & I always get the blue raspberry flavor

Tastes great, increase milk supply and gained energy
Tastes amazing! I drink one every day and I can say it has increased my milk supply as well as give me energy. I’ve always been skeptical of gaining energy through vitamins and not caffeine but this is truly affective. My milk supply went from 3oz total per pumping session to 6oz plus. Highly recommend.

Treat yourself
Love it.Tastes delicious, gets me to drink more water with breastfeeding! I feel hydrated that’s for sure. It is definitely high quality- mixing well and easily in the water. I never get clumps or granules while I’m drinking. Though it’s a bit more than I’d like to spend, I’m getting it for the first few months of postpartum as a treat/ help keep up with liquid intake!
