Me llegó en PERFECTAS condiciones súper bien empacando muy fácil de instalar y lo mejor es que es perfecto para personas que trabajan o viajan mucho, ya que se programa las veces que quieras en el día siempre y cuando esté lleno el tanquecito de Purina 😅

Cumple lo que promete
El alimentador llegó en muy buenas condiciones y en tiempo. El producto es bueno. Es fácil de lavar, fácil de instalar y fácil de programar. Ya funcionando, trabaja sin problema alguno. Tiene opción de alimentación programada o manual a través de la app o desde el alimentador. Envía alertas programadas. En mi caso lo utilizo para mi gatita. Específicamente para control de alimentación y peso porque está esterilizada.Desde el punto de vista de mejora, al comprar nosotros croquetas pellet de 5mm, el peso del alimento que dispensa es de 15g por lo que (por indicaciones) solo podemos darle 65g al día. Esos 5g faltantes terminó dándoselos en algún momento del día, pero si me gustaría que para el aparato vendieran aparte un dosificador para comida y snacks, es decir que pudiera dispensar 5g y 10g y 15g para pellets de 5mm ya que con eso puedo darle alimento en el transcurso del día en pequeñas cantidades para controlar mejor su apetito. Fuera de eso, el aparato es un 10/10.

Physical buttons MAY have an issue? Editing my review. Customer service compromise.
*EDIT2* I actually dismantled the unit and tested out the buttons. It worked perfectly. So the issue is actually caused by a hardware issue. Specifically, the springs they use for buttons don't seem to make a good touch contact with the plastic surface. This means that it registers phantom touches or no touches at all. If I touch the springs directly, it works perfectly. So something with the contact is causing the issue. Too thick of plastic, not enough metal contact, etc. Two units have the same issue.*END EDIT2**EDIT*Although I'm still fairly convinced firmware broke our physical buttons (it's stuck in the lock mode and we can't unlock), the company did quite a bit to try and resolve the issue. We received a second unit since they presumed our first one was defective. But the second unit had the exact same issue. Upon further review by the company, they could not find any issue with the firmware. So they offered a significant discount to compensate which I accepted. The unit(s) is still functional via the app, just the physical buttons are not working. I can't give this 5 stars, but I will say that customer support was very good. I suspect a future firmware update may fix this issue once it's identified. If they do, I will update my review accordingly.*END EDIT*Just bought this a few weeks ago. Everything was working well in anticipation of our new kitten. Kitten arrives, we set it all up. I notice there's a firmware update... I proceed. It successfully completes just fine.Now we can no longer unlock it via holding the lock button and thereforel, manual feeding can no longer be done. I've tried resetting it to factory settings, unplugging (and removing batteries) for over a minute and did the "unbind" thing as well. Nothing fixes it.Pretty dissapointing since we just got it. If customer service responds with a solution, I'll update this review, but until then, their own firmware update partially breaks it.

Fácil de instalar y usar
Es fácil de instalar y programar en la aplicación. Sería mucho mejor si sirviera comida automáticamente cuando detecte que el plato está medio vacío en lugar de tener que programar horarios, sobre todo porque mi gato varía mucho sus horarios y entonces luego termina muy lleno su plato y tengo que desactivar algunas horas a las que le sirve comida y después reactivarlas.

Unit has WiFi Connection Issues
Purchased mid November while planning for a vacation in December. Unit worked perfectly until the morning I'm leaving on vacation. I decided to clean it for the first time. I unplugged the unit to move it to complete the cleaning. The battery back up keep it powered while unplugged I only removed the top lid and food canister. I wiped off the bottom feeding mechanism then after about 30 minutes reassembled the unit, filled it with food, placed it back where was originally working and plugged it in again. I then tested it using the app on my phone. It said there was no WiFi connection even thought the WiFi light on the unit display was showing full strength signal. My plane leaves in 5 hours. I called the help line 3 times. Had to leave a message. They did finally call me and we went through about 1 hour of trouble shooting with no success. WiFi light would never flash to indicate pairing mode. App would timeout while looking for unit to pair with. Very disappointed with this. Seems they have a big problem with this issue. Do a search on the internet about connection issues and the PetLibro feeder. It will change your mind about trusting this unit. Hundreds of people have the same issue. If you're going to try this unit before you leave your pet alone relying on this to feed them I suggest you use it for a few weeks then unplug it for an hour to simulate a power outage then plug it back in to see if it reconnects to your WiFi and your app works. Do this a couple more times to see the results. When it worked it was great. I really wanted it to keep working. Seems the app is routing through a server in China. Not sure this is the reason for the connection issues however be aware you do need to supply your network password during original set up so someone somewhere would be able to capture this info. Just saying.
