Furniture of America FA-CM7791Q-BED Platform, Queen, Cherry

We bought 2 of these dressers and the matching queen bed frame off of Amazon, never have purchased bedroom furniture online before so we were a little worried but read all of the good reviews and took a chance. Nightstand dressers were very heavy, but sturdy and came completely assembled. Very pleased Thank you Amazon for delivering right up our steps and into our living room!Two things if you are considering to purchase, bed frame came in 5 individual shipments (weighs a total of 200 lbs) make sure you have someone to help with bringing them inside your home. Other thing is boxes are double boxed, all the nuts, bolts, screws came with shipments but were taped to side of boxes in red cellophane (we didn't notice at first and put boxes out by trash can) when it came time for hubby to put together bed he was in a panic looking for them. Thank goodness it was not trash day for us! Also it took 3 hours total to put together (alot of pieces) but finished product is beautiful so glad we purchased.

This bed is not mattress ready! Only comes with 4 slats and the head board sits up high, so you have a large 5” gap between my 14” mattress and bottom of head board. Other than that, this bed is well made with heavy duty materials. 2 person build is a must! Took about 3 hrs which includes unboxing 5 well packaged boxes. Delivery was made by courteous professional company. I will add $100 box spring, which will make this a well worth it purchase. If this is your first king size bed, be prepared. ITS BIG!!!!!!!

There is a huge gap between headboard and mattress. On the picture, the head board is to midway but what I got was like picture. It is solid bed, the color is almost black, bed is solid but unattractive. Contacted seller but haven't heard back yet.

This king bed was exactly what we were looking for, and I was impressed at how solid it is. It arrived in several boxes for assembly and packed extremely well. Easy to assemble but I recommend two people. One footpost had minor scratches which were easily covered with a sharpie since the stain itself is a dark cherry. Based on this bed, we ordered another one also manufactured by Furniture of America for our Queen bed and had the same positive experience and favorable opinion. No issues.

Love this bed frame. Very happy I chose this one. Looks beautiful and has a magestic presents. Strong solid wood. No cheap particle wood. Packages very well. Easy to assembly. A lot easier than IKEA products. Took 45 mins between hubby and me. The color says cherry but it’s actually a rich dark brown, which is exactly the color I want. Very sturdy. Very happy with product. Good price too for the quality and look. Will buy from company again.

I love this product! But some connecting pieces overlapped a bit so that screwing in the comnecting bolts was impossible. I used a drill gun to widen the slots so that the bolts could screw in (holes were covered by the wood pieces by about 1/8"). Other than that the frame is awsome and I would recommend the finished product!

This bed is very solid. If I would've seen this bed elsewhere, I would've guessed this bed cost well over $3000. You seriously can't beat it, I love it. The color is very misleading. It is so much darker than the picture (cherry color) but the more I look at it, the better I like the darker cherry.Like a few people have said, the holes for the bolts don't line up for the footboard to connect with the side rails. Easy fix but still annoying. My biggest issue with this was whoever packaged this bed, they need to go back to 3rd grade, find another job, or gain a bit of common sense. The hardware comes in a plastic bag. Well whatever genius packaged the footboard, they taped the hardware bag on the OUTSIDE of the box - so of course it got ripped off and lost in transit. That was an easy fix too, just had to purchase six .30 cent bolts but still an inconvenience.

This is the style of bed I wanted BUT it was to be Dark Cherry showing plenty of 'Wood Grain'.This is a Very Dark Brown, almost Black with a very Faint hint of Wood Grain.Ordered Dec 22, 2021 - Received February, 18 2022I wouldn't be surprised if it takes just as long to return it considering.
