Shroom Tech

I love ONNIT Shroom Tech! I've actually been using this for volleyball. I would take 30-45 minutes before open plays or games, and it works wonders! I'm more alert, my reaction time has increased, and I'm much more focused. I typically only took this during tournament days, but now I take it before practices and before going to open plays. It's great for sports!

Here’s a positive review for Onnit Shroom Tech Sport: --- Onnit Shroom Tech Sport has been a fantastic addition to my workout routine! Since I started using it, I’ve noticed a real boost in my endurance and energy levels, especially during intense sessions. It’s natural and feels much smoother than typical pre-workouts—no jitters, just a steady increase in stamina that helps me power through. I love that it includes mushroom extracts, which gives it a unique edge, and I really feel the difference in both performance and recovery. It’s now a go-to supplement in my fitness regimen, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking to improve endurance without the caffeine crash. Great product!

Great clean energy for grappling no gi and thai boxing. Slow but steady energy and lasts a long time. Only take half the recommended dose and im grappling with people half my age and doing great! after using for 2 months, getting back into shape, finally able to feel like im not even tired after grappling. Went from gassing in 1 minute to being able to go several matches and have leftover energy. Finally feel like i can do doubles now again after i havent trained in 10 years. Working out with 20 year olds and im double that. This stuff definitely works, you feel clean and focused. Im also doing cartwheels and have completely messed up shoulders but can still hang.

My favorite Onnit supplement. The science behind all Onnit products, and anything endorsed by Joe Rogan is legit. When I took this, I noticed an initial boost of energy. Each time I used this supplement, the point in my workout when I would normally start to wear out and want to quit early, never came. I found myself with more energy and doing more sets than I had originally planned. Loved this stuff. Better than preworkout because it is all natural and doesn't give you shakes, while still giving you that extra push. Only downfall, serving size. I believe the ingredients are fat soluble (don't quote me on that), so the more you weigh, the more they suggest to take. Being 225 pounds, I found myself often taking a minimum of 4 capsules each time. So unfortunately, bigger people will spend much more on this in the long run, but I would buy it again.

Has zero effect. I've been taking 4 pills with water after eating (instructions say on an empty stomach, this is not feasible for my schedule). I then go to work: lifting heavy packages for 5 hours. The pills have zero impact. I notice more of an impact from creatine than this. I already have phenomenal cardio: these might as well be filled with sand, sugar or chalk. Any "perceived" gains are more than likely placebo.

I trust ONNIT products because they work. I see a positive difference with each product tried, and it’s not the placebo effect. I pay extra money and stay with the brand because their products do what they say they are going to do, I’m not throwing my money away on supplements that don’t work.

Quality: I'm a 50-year-old male, and before trying Shroom Tech, I was constantly tired and lacked the energy to work out. Since I started using it, I've noticed a big difference—I can exercise longer and feel much more energized throughout my workouts. It really works!

Works great!! I don’t burn out mid workout.
