I don't know much about anything (non-chef husband in the kitchen...) but I bought 2 of these. I cook 8 baguettes at a time and if you dont grease these well, the loaves definitely stick hard to where the bottom of the loaf rips off. Also they flex alot so you can't just remove the pan with one hand. Only one star off because I didn't even attempt to find the directions

These are a nice metal, very sturdy. Mine were bent a bit on one corner, obviously from shipping, but shouldn’t hurt anything. Baked 2 loaves a French bread last night and they turned out perfectly! I accidentally left them stacked, so when I only use one I’ll probably have even more crispness on the bottom. I love baking with perforated bottoms that give a nice crunch to the bottom! Really happy with these. Great value on top of it all!

I make bread regularly and these work so well for baguettes and no clean up at all other than wiping them off for the next time I use them. i have several because it's just too hot to bake bread every other day in the summer, so I load up the oven and make 12 loaves and get couple fresh loaves and the rest freeze well enough to last me over a week. Once it turns cold again, I'll be back to making fresh bread every other day or so and the house will always smell like a bakery again.

made my first batch of baguettes and it was advertised. It has a non stick surface and makes 4 perfect loaves . the only slight down fall is the tray has a flex to it when loaded with the dough. Other wise a great buy
