Miricle fix! So glad I found this before I bought a new headset
If you’re dealing with stick drift on your Oculus Quest controllers, this joystick replacement is a game changer. Super affordable, only about 20 something bucks and it’ll save you from having to buy a whole new headset. The installation is a bit tricky, and the YouTube tutorials out there are pretty weak—some leave out key steps, so you’ll have to be extra careful. But if you can follow instructions and have a bit of patience, trust me you can handle it. How could I know that you might ask? Easily, because I am the least tech savvy person I know and I managed to pull it off. Youtube is a life saver for stuff like this and once installed, it totally gets rid of that annoying drift. It’s a cheap and effective fix and I highly recommend.

Perfect replacement.
Worked great! Had all the tools needed to to the swap. Controller is working great! Just make sure when you reassemble that you put the screws back where they came out from.Potential damage to the motherboard if you don't.

Easier than previously thought to replace
If you are anything like me and are nervous about maybe doing this yourself DON'T BE! It looks a lot more complicated than it is, and the tools provided absolutely work great. I played Onward and NFL Pro after and had zero issues with drift. For a great follow along video to help you with the repair check out Fix My Oculus, he has a video of doing the repair in ten minutes.

Good kit, Newbie beware
The replacement worked really well for me! Newbie beware:1. Doing this involves a complete dissasembly of both controllers and youll be working with the sensitive electronics of them, which are easy to break in the process!2. anyone considering doing this should be ready and willing to be scowering muktiple guides and piecing together information on how to do it because the guide video really isnt that great in my opinion. Look for ifixit ones, those seemed to be the best. Also, they include a screwdriver but they also include a bit. Put that bit in a full size driver with a better grip for screws you can reach with a larger handle! Trust me!!

Works!
Our controller was starting to drift. This kit was not easy to use at all, but eventually we got the replacement done and the issue was fixed without us having to buy a new controller.

Not bad product, but be careful.
The product itself isn't bad quality, nothing too special, but it does include tools, though not all of which are useful. The included screwdriver is too bulky to fit in order to unscrew some of the small hidden screws. When you take apart the controller, theres a seal around the face panel of it that is destroyed when the panel is removed and the kit doesn't contain a replacement. Without the seal, the face panel doesn't quite sit right on the controller, making it harder to press the buttons. Also, replacing the joystick requires a full disassembly of the joystick, and it can be really easy to damage the electronics in the process. Another important thing to note is that there is a spring in the controller that connects to the joystick which detects when the joystick is touched, if this spring is bent or damaged in the slightest, this detection will not work at all and the kit also does not include a replacement. So while replacing the joystick will eliminate stick drift, it can cause other problems. Ultimately I think that this kit is okay if you're willing to accept that it may be a bit jank, but if you want to maintain the quality of the original controller, it would be better to replace the controller all together. That however is far more expensive. I would say to replace the controller or bring it to get fixed if possible, especially if you do not want to deal with the sensitive electronics.

Do it yourself!
Kiddo's VR hand grips were acting all stupid. Replacing them is even more stupid. So this kit was a huge money saver. Definetly have a good workspace to do this and a large screen to watch the step-by-step YouTube tutorial so you can pause and work. Pretty sure I was able to do both controllers in under 2 hours (new to this type of work and frequent kid interruptions) but it was suprisingly pretty easy to do. They've worked great since replacing. Great quality and alternative if you're willing to do it yourself.

Fixed stick drift!
Works perfectly. Son's controller had stick drift and this fixed it. Your first time, you will take a while. Your second time you'll get it less than 30 minutes. If you're reading this, keep in mind the little piece you push in to remove the cover for the battery. That part can come off and you can lose the spring. You will also spend the longest putting back the first power strip you removed, it can be tough to get it back in.The only reason I'm not giving this 5 stars is because the tools are not magnetic. That would have been so helpful.
