My dog likes them.
My 65-pound yellow lab is a pretty aggressive chewer and she likes these. She’ll chew on one for about a half hour and then leave it for a day or two and then comes back to again. One of the large chews will keep her occupied for several hours over the course of a week or two. My only complaint is that the size and shape varies considerably and some the oddly shaped ones tend to break into smaller pieces. My dog seems to like to swallow some of the pieces that break off. Hasn’t caused a problem yet but it seems to me like it could if she swallows the wrong piece. Because of this I only let her chew it when I can keep an eye on her.

These smell like…soil???
I’ve bought himalayan yak cheese chews before, from this company and others. Never has a batch smelled the way these ones do. They smell like a bag of potting soil or fertilizer. The smell is strong too. I’ll be returning these and definitely not giving them to my dog.

Great for cleaning teeth, long lasting, all natural
Our good boy likes these. But you must, must, MUST supervise your dog when they are using them. They do tend to break off into slivers or chunks that I don't feel comfortable with him just swallowing because I don't want him to get blocked up inside since I'm not sure what happens if he swallows a chunk. They're meant to get softer as they chew on them, they can get a bit slimy as they chew but they don't have an offensive odor and they don't seem to bother rugs, bedspreads 😞 or any other fabric. When they become too small, put what's left into the microwave for a minute or less (until they puff up) and you have a second treat for your pup. From what I remember from another brand, your dog should only chew on them for 15-20 minutes, then take a break. I thought it said something about giving them the runs if they chewed too long x, but it may not be an issue with this brand. In ant case, I'm not taking the risk. They are 100% natural (simple ingredients: Yak Milk, Salt and Lime Juice). Gluten and lactose free, made in Nepal. Is supposed to help with tartar build-up on your dog's teeth and it sure sounds like it's doing something when he gnaws on it - it actually sounds like he's going to break his teeth! (never happened though). They do offer 100% money back guarantee if your dog does not like them, that's a nice touch.

One Dog Loves These!
My 1y/o 75lb Rhodesian Ridgeback loves these. It takes her about 3 hours to eat a third of one bar and then we save the rest for another day. It does give her diarrhea so she does not get them often. My 2y/o 125lb male Rhodesian Ridgeback is not interested in these. these look in person just like what you would expect from the website picture and description.

arrived cracked and the pieces that weren’t cracked in one day with a 9 pound dog playing with it.

So much better than bully sticks, nice price
My doggy LOVES yak cheese and I love that these are natural treats that don't cost a million dollars or cause him to have yucky gas. Bully sticks are so smelly and make him super gassy. But I can give my Boston a yak cheese treat and he'll enjoy it for days without a nasty smell. I also love that I don't have piles of gross bully stick goo all over my floors when I give him these. This particular package is really reasonably priced and you get a lot of nicely sized yak cheeses. Definitely lower priced than at my pet store!
