Stopped working
It worked well for a couple of months and then stopped.

Unserviceable from Day 1 but sold under Amazon Prime.
Amazon Prime suggested this item so it was purchased. But when it was required to be used it is unserviceable. Can't trust patients health with such products if this is the reliability factor. Amazon yet to respond to the issue.

Not Reliable
The product worked well for a little above a month and then stopped working. I tried reaching the product manufacturer and did not get a positive response on exchange or repair for this product. After sales for this product is not adept or written clearly while they mention lifetime repair and services on their product box. Really wish if after sales can be improved so there is reliability of the product which will build up more customer confidence and thus more sales for you guys. Hoping I get to hear a response post this post and you'd be able to replace this with a better product piece.

Damage in product...
The media could not be loaded. Today i recived machine ..After opening itSome visible dent on top ...as well as leakage from bottom of the machine

I have used it 2 years back. Fantastic machine.
Very nice experience. Have used it 2 years back. Good experience recommend this steam machine for cold cough purpose .
