I've been happy with every purchase I have made from Smart Ink over the years

I used the color cartridge at delivery and they worked great. But when I needed to use the black, about 5 months later, I got an HP error message. I contacted Smart Ink and they had an updated cartridge sent to me within 4 days. Great customer service!

I bought this ink for my HP printer but the software in my printer is rejecting the cartridges because it's not HP ink. This purchase was a complete waste of my money. The item's description clearly states that it's for HP printers, including my model number.

There are not enough printers out there that sell reasonably priced ink jet cartridges, refillable cartridges, or allow competition from 3rd party cartridge makers. My HP Office jet Pro 8028 is a perfect example. This supposedly affordable printer seems to be simply a scam to sell unsuspecting customers extremely overpriced ink jet cartridges.I found Smart Ink cartridges through Amazon, and even though my printer makes it clear that it's not supposed to use these cartridges, and disables some of its ink monitoring services... presumably to make me wish I had bought "genuine" HP cartridges... the cartridges work great, and make high quality prints.Because I started with HP's "Instant Ink" program, which I abandoned because I found it annoying and creepy to have my printing monitored, I had some problems with my 2nd order of Smart Ink cartridges, since my printer automatically updated its firmware, which caused my printer to "block" the use of these perfectly good cartridges. When I contacted Smart Ink about the problem, they quickly responded, quickly got new cartridges in my hands, and walked me through how to reconfigure the printer to work with their cartridges. Their customer service was excellent. I fully blame HP for all of the headaches this situation caused, and will continue to be a Smart Ink customer for as long as I need replacement ink jet cartridges, if they provide them for my printer. I highly recommend them!

I ordered this ink for my HP printer and initially it worked perfectly. I then reordered when I needed more ink and it worked fine for the first week or 2 but then the blue cartridge started throwing a code that it was defective. I messaged the help email contact and they were very helpful with giving some trouble shooting steps to try, and after those did not work, they replaced the ink cartridges for me. Very responsive and very helpful. I will keep ordering as long as my printer keeps working!

We've used these cartridges for 2 years and only just recently had an issue with the black cartridge but not the colors. I contacted the company through the live chat and was so happy with their prompt, courteous and professional handling of the issue. I consider myself technically challenged and they walked me through the resolution process with patience and simplicity until we resolved the issue.

The Smart Ink customer service is fantastic ‼️ The cartridges I ordered didn’t work. I called Smart Ink customer service, and they immediately sent me a new set of cartridges that work perfectly. I will never order any other ink cartridges.

Smart Ink is a saving grace in the face of HP's extortion practices. Not only did the Smart Ink's cartridges work first try where other aftermarket cartridges had failed, the quality of the colors was as good as the originals. To top it all off, HP pushed a firmware update that made Smart Ink's cartridges stop working, so a quick call to Smart Ink and they sent me a new, updated set for free. Smart Ink is amazing and deserves your business.
