I bought this for my girlfriend to take on a trip to Peru and she loved it so much that it is now her go-to day pack. Perfect size for day hiking and the straps are comfortable.

Went on a 6 hour hike up a mountain and this backpack was absolutely perfect. Love the color, it fits so much stuff also.

I know this is a high quality product and all that, but man it is so hard to put on and get things etc. I think, to be fair, this is for long term hikers instead of hikers like me that go for a couple hours. Oh and the Blatter, does not come with it. So this is an expensive pack when you get what you need.

We own many Osprey packs. I bought this from their mailed catalog for the unusual features: great suspension on a small pack, compression straps that flatten it out, plenty of pockets for organization, waist pockets that are held out by slight stiffeners so I can get to them even when the waistbelt is unfastened.I find it hard to load the main bag because it neither opens wide like a top-loader nor broadly like a panel-loader. This is a problem with some other smaller Osprey packs, such as the Talon. It actually has only a left-side zippered waist pocket; the right side is a shallow elastic mesh pouch, maybe for a food bar. I really wanted two big waist pockets; I like to use them instead of pants pockets. I think I'd like some big strap pockets, too.
