I ordered 5 off those, to power 5 Lumix ZS100 cameras for live streaming. Tested over a period of over 4 months without any issues. The test included a 24 hour live stream. The cameras stayed cool and did not shut down.

I'm using my Lumix g85 as a webcam. This item is used to provide power to the camera without the need for a battery. You just plug the dummy battery into your camera, and he other end in to the wall and you are good to go for power. All you need is to connect your camera to your computer and then you will have something way better than almost any webcam you can buy. This adapter works exactly as described in the product description and has worked flawlessly for me.

Have used it for longer time lapse shots. It's a relief to not have to worry about batteries.
