Leaking!
This product started leaking a few days ago. We just bought it on Sept 20th. What in the world kind of mess is this?! The return close date was Oct. 20th so now we are stuck with this water waster! So irritated.

Lack of clear instructions
Got the fountain today. Intuitively assembled b/c of a lack of detail instructions. I am not sure how and where to install the water. I see glued sponges in the fountain. Do I remove them? No local customer service. Overseas product. HELP!
