I really like this phone case. I think the best feature is the magnetic hinge cover. I am not sure why, but when I open the phone the front of the case will come off. I'm would like to know what can be done to fix this problem. I really like this case.

This case is ALMOST a good case. It fits my new phone perfectly, protects the phone well, isn't too bulky, has a sliding camera shield, etc. All good things. BUT the screen protector is trash. Half the time my phone doesn't register my finger movements through it. This is especially true for tapping movements (swiping movements register better). The edges of the screen protector are the worst, making me tap 4 times in different ways before it registers my finger.The ring stand is a great concept, and is made of better quality material. HOWEVER:- I was tempted to try and use it kinda like a pop socket but it's too uncomfortable and awkward.- It only works OK as a stand. It works when the phone is folded and horizontal or unfolded and horizontal. It works better on solid, flat surfaces. Be CAREFUL, because sometimes the ring folds back in on itself if you don't have it balanced perfectly, which sends your phone tumbling backward.

I would have given this case 5 stars, but the ring came off and I can't get it back on. The ring feature is the main reason I bought this case.******Update. Customer service contacted me regarding my broken case and sent a replacement. That is absolutely something that they did not have to do, but chose to. I understand products can break, but the fact that they went over and beyond what was expected to make sure I was satisfied is the sign of a company that cares about their customer. Please also note that it was my decision entirely to update my review.

I loved the case for the period it lasted. At some point not long after i got it the corner of the back of case cracked. Being thin plastic, every time i opened it after it would come off. Pain in the behind. The kickstand metal ring loosened up quickly as well making it fall instead of hold it up no matter what position you try to put it in. I loved it before it quickly deteriorated though. The camera cover is a great feature. If they could actually make it durable then it would get 5 stars but the materials quality is far from military grade and doesn't take long to break. Updated to 4 stars because they sent a new case out to me and expressed willingness to pass on material flaws to manufacturer.

Great case. It's Sturdy & strong. A little heavy & color is a dull shade but I still like it.

This phone case lasted me 6 months. I am a person that unfortunately drops their phone a lot. This has withstood multiple drops without damaging my phone or the case until tonight when my screen shattered. I was terrified it was my phone but the built in screen protector on this case took it all! I was SO relieved. Ordering a new one right now. Very protective case for a good price

I purchased this case, in part, due to the kickstand feature. The kickstand only works in landscape mode when the phone is open. The ring is too weak and not located in the proper position to allow use in portrait mode. For me the ring is not convenient to use as a finger loop as it is too large and not in the right position for me. Overall quality seems to be OK.This case actually adds less weight and bulk to the phone than I expected so that is definitely a plus. I've seen this identical case advertised under many brands at varying price points. I have not used them so I can not say how they compare but they use identical photos and videos. I'd save some $$ and buy one of the cheaper brands though. The packaging came unbranded and the support email listed is not VEGO. Not bad overall, but overpriced for what it is.

The phoneholder is great. The adjustable features are also great. Price is also great. I own two of them.
