I finally upgraded my son from his old nursery dresser, and this was exactly what we needed. Since my kids are now sharing a room, we had to downsize our furniture footprint. This tall, vertical dresser is a total game-changer compared to the long, bulky one we had before. ​What I love: ​Space-saving: The tall design gives us back so much floor space. ​Sturdy but Lightweight: It’s easy to move around, but feels very secure once in place. ​Great "Fake Wood" Look: The finish looks high-quality and fits the room perfectly. ​Ample Storage: Plenty of drawers to keep my son's clothes organized. ​Assembly Tip: I’m a mom of three and put this together by myself! Don’t let the negative reviews scare you—I think some people just didn't tighten the screws enough. I used a drill to make sure everything was snug, and it is incredibly stable. If you’re on the fence, definitely go for it!

Update: I did contact them and they shipped me the missing piece. I've been so busy that I haven't had a chance to dismantle and reassemble it again, but the piece does look to be the correct one this time around. It worked as is, so I'm not in a rush to get the new piece in. Overall, I'm in love with this dresser. Yes, the drawers are cloth, but that's what you should expect at this price point shipped to your door. It's sturdy for what it is and has plenty of room. Other than the hassle of having to go through them to get the correct part shipped out to me, this would be perfect for what I was looking for. I was just putting the plastic shelf tracks in place when I realized that something was off. I at first thought I had maybe put something on backwards (I did this 3 times in total during this project), but upon further investigation I came to realize I had actually been sent two #5 pieces instead of one #5 and one of the opposite #3. I was able to flip the extra #5 around to get it to work since #5 & #3 are opposites of each other, however now I have two holes in the front that shouldn't be there. I also cannot attach the support cross rods on the back without drilling a new hole. I've sent a message to the seller to see if they can remedy this without my needing to drill into the metal. Overall, this dresser is exactly what I wanted. The frame is lightweight, hollow, metal and the drawers are a cloth/carboard mix. It's surprisingly well designed and all the metal (although light) seems sturdy enough and I have no concerns with it lasting. Assembly wasn't too difficult (minus the missing piece), however pay very close attention to the pictures and spare yourself having to disassemble sections of it to flip pieces around. Also, a drill makes this so much quicker, just make sure you have one that doesn't let you over tighten. And be very cautious if using a drill while assembling the drawers and putting the handles on. I spun out one of the holes for the screw by accident. I thought I had my drill turned down to a safe level, but I should have gone a few clicks further. Turned it down to the lowest tension and had no issues after that. Also, if the top middle 4 drawers seem a little snug or tight when sliding them in, loosen both middle part #6's and hold them as far to the sides as you can while retightening the bolts. There's just enough play with the bars that you should be able to make it work. Other than the missing piece, I am more than satisfied with this. For now, I'm keeping the review at a 2 star until I see how the seller handles the missing piece. I've seen other reviews mentioning a difficult return on this item, so hopefully I don't have to go that avenue.

I found it easy to assemble; the instructions were quite clear. I didn't keep track of actual time spent on putting it together, as I was also watching true crime videos on YouTube at the same time...as you do... Storage is great. I was worried about purchasing it, because I've never used heavy canvas storage bins before, but I took a chance and I'm glad I did. It fits my needs perfectly and looks good too. It is much lighter than wood furniture, yet it is sturdy. Im not disappointed in the least. I am amending my review to say that a couple reviews said that it was uneven, cheap, drawers don't fit right, blah blah blah. I would like to encourage anyone who is contemplating the purchase of this dresser to realize that you shouldn't tighten the bolts down until the unit is completely assembled to ensure that it is square.

The dresser is pretty tall and wide with but not very deep but that’s good if you don’t want them to take up a lot of space sticking out from the wall. You can make these very sturdy if you use the wall anchors but I know some people might not want to put holes in the wall or some people might not be able to depending on where they live or the type of wall. Some of the drawers slide very well, and then some require a bit of force to pull out or push in. So that’s an issue if you don’t want to anchor it to the wall. If you weigh it down by filling all the drawers (which is what it’s for), that helps a little with the sturdiness. It’s nice having the hardwood top and the black metal frame. It should last for quite a while if you take care of the fabric drawers. The smell isn’t terrible it just smells like something that just came from a warehouse. It should go away after a while if you have dreamers or odor eliminators. I bought one of the 16 drawer and two of the 12 drawer dressers and they fill up a small bedroom or office wall from left to right side by side. (See pictures).

This is a great economical way to have more draw space in a second bedroom. Easy to put together had plenty of storage space.
