Please note: There are 2 preparation options on the packet. I can only assume the good reviews are from people who follow the non-vegan option and add eggs and milk. I added water only as per the vegan instruction.I tried to cook these pancakes in 2 different frying pans and using different oils and vegan margarine. However, no matter what I tried, thick pancakes or thin, the mixture stuck firmly to the pan. The taste, although strong in cinnamon and with nice little pieces of apple, was otherwise totally bland and unpalatable. Also, it left an unpleasant aftertaste and coating on the teeth similar to when a cake or scone has too much baking soda added. I would definitely not purchase this mix again.

Nice for break fast. No bloated tummy,applely flavor.Enjoyed several breakfastes with the pan cakes. Good taste and texture.Yummy for kids too.
