The product is good, I have but expensive it's a lot cheaper from a supermarket, but my local one are sold out.

I love this flour! I bake lot of free from products and Cornmeal is very good either with combination of other flours or on its own. This flour is nice,tasty and moist. Produces very nice cakes or savouries with no after taste or grid.

I bought this to make cornbread and it was lovely, so will be buying again.Update from my original review....I ordered some more of this cornmeal and when it arrived it was NACTO cornmeal whereas the first lot was in A plain plastic bag. The lastest patch has not made such good cornbread so rather disappointed.

pretty good... but expensive. Sunita is better of course. Our local store is much cheaper... how lazy can I get ? Dearie me!

I'm about to buy my second batch after the first lot proved to be perfect for polenta lemon drizzle cake. I've tried without luck to find the equivalent in grocery stores, health shops, delis etc.

I sent for cornmeal as I needed it for a Nigella recipe, a lemon polenta cake. it was gorgeous!!I am a coeliac so it will be a nice change from ice cream (boring) .
