This item was safely delivered within the estimated time scale.I've just set up a small home gym to train under the guidance of GP/ physio, as I have a chronic neck condition.When looking for a bench, I noticed just a few had head/ neck pillows attached, which gave the idea to purchase this one.I ordered the black mesh version and it looks and feels great.It fits to the backrest of my bench using the elastic strap at the back; it's a little slack, and I think this pillow could be improved with an adjustable elastic strap, as this would make it more versastile. I didn't take a star off for this because when I'm lying on the bench, the pillow just nestles nicely into the curve between my traps and head, finding its own ambient position and then doesn't move too much.It feels just a little hard at first, but then the memory foam slowly yields to follow your spine's curve. Tonight at about 11pm, I thought to quickly try the pillow on the bench before going to bed. The comfort and support was amazing and it felt like this was what my neck had been missing for the last 40 years of using benches. I couldn't stop and did a full back and chest workout!I then took the pillow to try on my bed. First under my knees; this felt very relaxing and comfortable. Next, lowerback; at first a little too high, but then ohhh, as the foam moulds to the shape of the natural curve of the lower spine as it arches around the pillow felt really good.Fanally, neck; again a really comfortable feeling of support.Generally, in whatever part of the body you use it, the support improves as the memory foam gradually yeilds in the right places, and provides support in others.As I write this review, I have the pillow in the small of my back in my office swivel chair and it feels just right.Also between testing, I studied the pillow to see it slowly regain it's original form.I can recommend this pillow and can almost guarantee that everyone will find it helps with either under knees, lower back or neck.

I use these pillows as a footrest under my desk. I can put the round side down and rock my ankles while working, as a fidget and to improve blood circulation, or I can put the flat side down and just prop my feet up to maintain ergonomic posture. I've had similar pillows in the past with a slightly softer foam, more like a high-density sofa foam. I found those very comfortable for both uses, and enjoyed both the texture and the way it moved when rocking. This pillow is much firmer—more like high-density florist's foam in texture. It does recover its shape when I smoosh down into the pillow firmly, but the last bit of recovery is a little reluctant. This firm shape means it rocks well and smoothly, but it's not quite as comfortable on the flat side of the pillow. The elastic strap that covers the zipper is also just barely detectable through socks as a change in texture from the pillow itself: a minor but ever-present irritant for me, but could be either unnoticeable or horribly distracting for someone else.It will serve for now, but I imagine I'll get a different version with the zipper on the side or seam as we're rolling into summer and I'm more often barefoot. One star docked because the pillow does not have nearly the give some of the pictures would lead one to believe, but overall it suits my purpose for now.

Very good. Bought the white one and works well. Use it under my neck when laying down browsing an iPad to help me avoid iPad neck syndrome (forward neck clutching) which I have been suffering with for years. Seems to do the job relieving at least some of my neck pain. Big bonus was very little foam smell because it was supplied ready to use and was not all squished up like other foam products, so really got a good surprise there. Was useable from the moment I opened the packet. Only wish the material itself had a nice cotton cover, as a little rough feeling (it won’t bother most but I’m fussy and don’t like the feeling of any velvets or polyesters or foam or any non natural fibres on my bare skin) but for the price it’s very good value, foam gives just the right support, and I will just stick it in a pillow (but after sticking in a pillowcase I won’t be able to use the elastic that makes it fit on back of a chair for things like lumbar support, but for my own needs I wont use the elastic anyway). A 5 star buy due to the good value of this compared to rival products.Finally, I know what it’s like to feel indecisive when buying or comparing products, so If you found my review helpful please mark it as such, as I really enjoy knowing my reviews helped other people make an informed decision.

I ordered two of these, one for my back whilst sitting up in bed and one to sit under my knees. One of them is nice and soft and the other is really firm. So I've knocked a couple of stars off for what is a massive inconsistency in firmness. I almost returned one but realised it would be pot luck as to which I got in return.However, I decided to keep both as the firm one really supports my back well and the softer one is much better for my knees. This was quite lucky and worked out well but there really shouldn't be this much inconsistency in firmness for two items ordered at the same time.I have to say that my lower back pain from sitting up in bed has been mitigated by using these pillows so I'm borderline 4 stars for the relief they give but like I said, that was pot luck. Given the option of soft or firm, I'd have chosen one of each but this was just a happy accident so if I needed to replace one I'm not sure if I'd buy the same product again. But I'm happy with what I've got.

This has just the right amount of give to be supportive of the neck and comfortable to sleep.
