I got these to try and relieve clogged ducts associated with breast feeding, I had read this could help but felt I was clutching at straws. Couldn’t have been more effective! I’ve gone from managing blockages every few days to none at all! Can only think these capsules are responsible. Really pleased!

Started buying these when I had milk blisters and really sore, chapped nipples from breast feeding, I also had suffered from mastitis twice and was thinking of giving in. I found these started to help very soon after I started to use them and within 2 weeks I no longer had sore nipple or milk blisters.I have been using these now for around 3 months and I no longer have any problems with sore nipples, I only find I start to get sore nipples when I have forgotten to take them for a couple of days. I would highly recommend them to anyone with sensitive nipples like myself!

I was recommended to take Soy Lecithin for my leaky gut. They arrived promptly. They are quite large but easy to swallow with water and no aftertaste

the pills are really huge and hard, so not easy to swallow.not a good option for you if you have trouble swallowing pills.but good prices.not sure If it helps to relieve clogged ducts.
