Cheap and cheerful
I had problems mounting this Deepcool Gammax 400 on a Gigabyte H310M S2H (LGA 1151)No matter how I adjusted the cooler it would always touch a row of VRM caps at the rear of the board..There was no pressure on the caps and it probably wouldn't have presented a problem in the short term but, with vibration and heat effects over time probably not a good idea to leave it like that.To fix it, I filed about 2mm off the side of bracket that was touching the caps.As for the cooler itself.. It keeps my i5-9400 between 25 and 30 degrees at idle and below 60 degrees under load. Better than the stock cooler by about 10 degrees.Noise... I can't hear it above the case fans, but my case fans are loud anyway.

This absolutely does contain the AM4 bracket
For those people stating this does not contain the AM4 bracket, you are wrong! Maybe you just don't know how to fit it? I have attached the fan to the motherboard along with the CPU and installed this on a friend's AMD Ryzen system to test as I will be getting an Alderlake CPU soon. This does not come with that bracket but Deepcool will send you one out for free on proof of a Alderlake CPU or Motherboard purchase. I think this is an excellent value CPU Cooler for the price, to everyone stating this is junk please show me something better around this cost?

Great value you can add a second fan extra brackets included (just buy a fan splitter cable if needed)
i like this cooler it was good value for money at the cost i paid 21.99 i was looking for a cooler with push pull configuration with 2 fans but they were all £60 and above which is crazy when you think about this cooler! i didnt realise they included extra fan brackets in the package but i was planning to retro fit a second fan as the design shows you can easily add another. i was surprised when i got it there were extra brackets! so huge bonus for that! you try finding them separate its almost impossible.Even with my purchase of 2 extra fans 4 pin pwm arctic cooling F12's it was still better than some of the competition. There are plenty of cpu coolers of very similar design to this with 1 fan and some very similar with 2 adding an extra £10 to the cost with the fans it was still competitive and the cooling is great. I am just waiting for my 3 way fan splitter now so i can run the 2 cpu cooler fans and the rear case fan off the cpu fan header (you can run upto 4 per header, header is typically 1A and fans take 0.25A each) so when it gets warmer (or maybe i should say if) they will all work at the same speed.

Works really well, once you've worked out how to fit it.
Works really well, reduced the peak temp. of my Ryzen 5 3600 from 86C with the stock cooler, down to 62C.Only issue is that the fitting instructions are not good, written small on the outside of the box and not easy to read at all.

Amazing CPU cooler for a great price!
Simple effective and cheap cooler. I was slightly worried about the push fit mounting as I wasn't sure it would be strong enough. It seems to be up to the job with no issues. Cooling an 8th Gen i7 8700 with ease.

Great budget cooler
Used to replace the stock Ryzen 5 3600 cooler. It dropped my temps from 50-60 idle (capped at 3.6ghz) to 35-40 (auto-overclock enabled). Not only did it drastically improve my temperatures, it allowed me to actually enable the auto overclock that Ryzen has without worrying my house will burn down.Slightly noisy at full load, but that's to be expected from a budget fan. Also, the mounting system had me worried I was going to break my motherboard - don't be afraid to push down, it won't break anything!

Cool Cooler
I bought this cooler because my other PC was overheating from the poor cooler supplied with the AMD chip. I had a much larger cooler for several years that I never used. It turned out to be great so when I built a new PC recently I settled on this cooler from the other reviews. So far it has been quiet and works really well.

Better then stock in every way.
Ideal, and took 20c of the stock fan.Did a stress test pre and post installation, the intel stock fan had the temps running at 65c which on a stress test ain't crazy, but when compared to the stress test with the deep cool fan wow! I found a 20c difference, took the CPU temp down to 42c on a heavy load.I'm currently playing some CPU heavy games, which really amp up the intel stock fan. The noise was becoming unbearable, now I've swapped it out I can continue playing without worrying that my CPU is going to fly away.
