Iv tried everything including very expensive ranges but this is the best does everything product iv found for my scalp psoriasis. Relives itching and flaking and even makes hair look thicker.smooth on at night and wake up with great effects on scalp problem areas. Can't rate this enough...fab stuff

Perfect!
I got twists installed few weeks ago and sometimes I get really bad itches on my scalp. This gel works miracles. Is so soothing and alleviates the itch and the soreness! And for what I noticed, doesn't leave any type of fleaks or anything like that.
