After a months long history of ordering through e-bay, and getting this same kind of mixer, and having them fail after 30-90 days, I decided to try what appears to be the same item through amazon. Tracking has shown stalled at the destination airport for customs clearance until just now, when tracking changed to delivered 2 weeks ago. This matches with an unidentified "Stir Crazy" brand mixer (same type of mixer). It was delivered on Nov 15. The top part with the motor and the bottom part with the feet that go into the gravy are a poor fit, requiring pressure to assemble and they tend to fall apart, making this un-useable.The tracking number supplied thru amazon does not match the number of the item, The brand name on the item was not included int he listing, and now I am waiting for amazon to have the seller e-mail me return information.A very poor experience overall.

This is a good product and a great concept, but when I put it in thick spaghetti sauce it will not actually mix. It just vibrates in place

I was totally impressed how well this unit works. And very affordable. When making cheese, you have to heat milk for upto 30 minutes, stirring constantly so it doesn't scorch, which milk can easily do. This little unit drops in the bottom of the big pot and has a little vibrator that makes it spin around continuously, so I am free to do other tasks, checking it every few minutes. And to my delight, the milk heated on medium high, just perfectly, never scorching. I don't know how well it will work on thicker sauces, and it does seem to be a little flimsy, so I gave it 4*, not tested. But I recommend this unit.

This little gadget is a great extra hand when making a complex meal. Just put your gravy on the stove turn it on and let her go.

This product is definitely a factory blemish being sold. The silicone feet are factory blemishes. The little ‘foot’ pads have the metal wires pushed completely through in different spots.I read good things about these so I risked ordering out of the “prime” umbrella = Waited weeks for it to arrive & knew that any potential need to return it would go through the seller & be a total time suck.DO NOT BUY‼️ This product is seriously disappointing. It’s exposed metal feet will cause abrasion to my coated pans & the return process with any seller for little junk items like this is a total waste of time, money & resources.

3 speeds ... great for puddings, gravies, tapioca, etc..... the rubber feet are starting to wear off but for the price it's been great

The motor doesn't fit nicely into the collar of the mixing legs. When you finally get it in there, it barely moves at all. You get what you pay for and that's why this thing was so cheap. If you really need an automatic stirrer, splurge and get the StirMate that's like $60-70; I also bought that and it's amazing! This was a waste of money.
