Do any of the USB ports have power, and if so, will it be enough to charge my phone?

The USB ports do work, I constantly have at least two devices plugged in to my bungee. I have managed to charge my phone through but I don't charge my phone through it often!

does this have rgb lighting

Like someone previously said, it has RGB lighting but cannot be controlled by yourself.

Can you power this with a usb charger and is it necessary if you connect an external hd, please?

Yes you could power our Bungee using a USB wall mounted adapter, you'll be able to attach it directly to your USB adapter thanks to its included micro USB 3.0 B cable to USB-A cable. We hope this answers your question and wish you a great day! The KLIM team

Is there some way I could keep the colour blue as everything in my setup lights up blue

Hello Bruno, Thank you for your question. The colours of the KLIM Bungee light rotate automatically, so at the moment it is not possible to set a fixed colour. I apologize if this causes any inconvenience. We remain available. Kind regards, KLIM Team
