I can’t handle the sulfites used on virtually all dried fruits. I was so happy to find this product, and so happy to enjoy fruitcake again.Not missing those clear green cherries! I soaked this fruit (and added nuts) overnight in a brandy that doesn’t give me too much trouble. The fruitcake batter was so delicious that I was sorry to bake it.To cut down on added sulfites, I sliced the day-old cake and keep it in the fridge. Instead of wrapping it in a brandy-soaked cheesecloth, I’m compromising by putting a paper towel moistened with brandy in the zipper bag. Close enough! Enjoy!

This is the second time I'm buying a 2 lbs bag of these. for flavoring, and this was one of the rare mixes that included them. A great mix of natural fruit with lovely fresh, intense flavor (mulberries are a tad less flavorful than the rest, but still lovely; and that's white mulberries fault, they're naturally not super strong tasting).My favorite way to use them is to throw some into oatmeal, but my boyfriend ate them all up straight before I had a chance to do it more than a few times.I was looking specifically for a dried fruit mix that included figs, because they're some of the tastiest dried fruit around, and that's why I got those. So glad I did - by far the best dried fruit mix I've ever had.

This is a tasty mix of dried fruit that works great for snacking, in cereal or granola and as a dessert toppings. It can also be used in baking, but I have not tried that. I like to toss fruit and also chopped nuts, on my salad. My parrots love dried fruit as a treat. This is very versatile mix.

Order this for the recipe for cranberry sauce and the product was not cheap. It was fresh and it was easily rehydrated

Tasteless with no texture.

The pieces were the size of a raisin or smaller. I needed larger pieces. It was hard to identify the different fruits just by looking at them. They tasted okay.

I had tried a different dried fruit found on Amazon made by Traina. But, they added sugar and the fruit was more minced than diced and all looked and tasted the same. To Traina's credit, they contacted me and gave me a full refund of >$50.This Guru Hunu is great for snacking or adding to hot cereal or smoothies and they don't add sugar.

I put just a few pieces in oats and it adds enough sweetness and flavor.
