Hess 1990 Collectable Toy Tanker Truck

Bought this for my grandson who wanted a tanker truck and he chose this one. This is a collector's item and not really a toy for a 5y/o. But it's what he wanted so, far be it from me to say no to my little Prince. It's very sturdy and very well made. It really is quite a beautiful replica.

I am very happy with this purchase! I don't think it was ever out of the box. It will display nicely beside my 1976 Hess tanker.

My son is obsessed with he’s trucks. He was thrilled to get this older version in such good condition. Box and all!

I bought this for my nephew for christmas, it looks wonderful and was in great condition. My younger brother used to get Hess trucks like this every year for christmas, and we were both thrilled that I could find one for his new grandson. This item came quickly, the seller was very cooperative and sent me an email thanking me for my purchase. All in All I would say this was a great buy, and I am very very happy with this seller and the item. Also I am very happy with the price that I paid for this. We ordered a Hess tanker truck for our 21 month old grandson. When the package came we opened it and there was a more expensive tanker with a helicopter and not the plain tanker truck that we ordered. Our grandson has a real attraction for this particular type of truck that is why we were buying it.We were disappointed also because our grandson is too young for the helicopter unit and I wasn't happy to have to go through the process of a return. I called Bang Zoom Buys and the gentleman right from the beginning when I explained the problem couldn't have been nicer. I told him that I would send the helicopter unit back immediately so that the tanker truck could arrive in time for Christmas. The gentleman at Bang Zoom Buys said that it was his mistake as my invoice did say "tanker truck" and he wanted me to be happy so he said that I could keep the helicopter unit and he would send the tanker for free! i was so surprised how nice he was and how easy the whole mix-up was straightened out. Our Hess tanker truck arrived right on time as I was promised! Hurray! I wouldn't hesitate to do business again with Bang Zoom Buys!! Thank-You

The truck is awesome...a 1990 Hess that will make a special gift for my son who loved them as a child...however, the batteries obviously were left in...seller should be aware batteries rot...I had a hard time taking them out ..they were crusted together...hopefully when I get new batteries the truck will work as it should.

My son had a Hess Tanker Truck many years. My grandson has been collecting the smaller trucks, but did not have a large one. He was over the moon when he opened the package!
