Not all parts are made from quality material. Safety wise, it’s build sturdy enough however the clips in the seat harness is already broken. Was build from flimsy plastic.

This jumper is super cute but seems to lack in some areas. Only 3 days of use and the black plastic pieces that are on the arm straps broke, the plastic piece that helps the jumper spin without twisting the strap keeps sliding out of place right away so won't work and no adjustability on the long black strap which isn't helpful for where it can be used. Disappointed mostly

Like: weight is 35 pounds rather than 25 which was the reason we purchased it, does not need a doorway can work with ceiling joists and includes hanger equipment! Grandson loves it. Seems sturdy. Dislike: directions were unclear and adjustment for varying ceiling heights were non existent. Its a bit of a strange set up but we figured out a way. Velcro for adjusting seat but that is not explained either so look for it. You're pretty much on your own for figuring out how it's meant to work. We just did what seems safest.

Works well and does exactly what it's supposed to. Very worth the money!

I bought this item in March. My son, who has special needs, had another jumper that he uses a lot, but it is a door jumper and we needed another one for the ceiling. Three months after, my son was jumping and the spring broke causing him to fall. since it has been more than 3 months now I can get a replacement or even complaint about the quality of the item.

Great distraction for baby and quite the exercise!

There are no "real" directions and a very poor piece of paper with a couple of poor pictures that are not descriptive enough. Also, there is a piece missing (brown strap that attaches to other brown strap and then to hook that attaches to black strap w/metal loops. This is 2nd one I ordered hoping it would have missing piece... it did not! No way to communicate this to anyone at Amazon. Very unimpressed!
