Great quality and it works. The width is great for larger muscles. The general support can help retrain muscles and help relieve strain. It's easy to put on, just don't over stretch it because it will come off if too much strain is put on the tape. Other than that, it stays on well for 2-3 days. I did have to be careful pulling clothes off and on, as that caused the ends to roll up, but the major part of the tape stayed in place. I can react to some adhesives, but I had no issues with this tape.

Holy cow! I have been using this type of tape for over 20 years due to lymphedema in my arm. I thought I had tried them all. Almost all of them barely make 48 hrs on my arm without starting to peal off or start to wrinkle and lift off. THIS tape is AMAZING!! I have had it on my hand for over 5 days! It isn't going anywhere and my hand is always in hot soapy water , or sweating due to wearing a compression glove and sleeve. This tape isn't budging. I'm a red head with skin that is allergic to everything and it isn't bothering me at all. I won't be buying any other brand after this.

I did take it to my PT to be sure I was applying it properly. He showed me how to apply it better. I really like that I get to cut it myself so I make sure it is the right length for my knee. It gives the right amount of support for my arthritic knee

I used this for my pregnancy carpal tunnel and it worked swell. Only complaint is the sticky glue is hard to get off but that seems to be the consensus for all kinesiology/sports tape. It definitely holds up well; as a busy mom of 3 this tape lasts all day applied to my hands and wrists.

I don’t know how this magic tape works, probably something to do with science, but it’s fantastic. I’ve been having some lower back pain for a few months. I applied some of this nape and the results were immediate. I have been wearing this tape all day and have zero pain today. 12/10 recommend!

I purchased this tape as well as name brand KT tape (that cost $3 more). This tape stayed on much better and had far less fraying than the name brand. Great buy. Using it on my foot for plantar fascitis.

It sticks well and helps my plantar fasciitis. But is it advertised as being latex free, the packaging does not say anything about it being latex free and it irritates my skin as if it has latex., so I have to go with only three stars.

This product is perfect for our needs...Hubs just had ankle surgery and these are great to keep the ace bandages attached to his ankle. I will order more...they're a great size and price is right, too
