Love that there's different sizes, cant fault at all, strong and sturdy, able to tighten and loosen at will. Not the most pretty item but who cares when you've cracked your fingers in a car door and that pain of trying to move them is too much, all you care about is protecting your fingers after that

I have been using the thumb splint for a few weeks as have been experiencing pain in the joint and wanted to immobilise the digit. Works as expected. Pretty comfy. Velcro isn't the best, doesn't hold very securely.Try to limit how wide you open the splint to insert your finger or thimb, as its made from aluminium it will split if bent repeatedly. Also don't leave it in a pocket or anywhere else it is liable to get squished, again as it is aluminium it will deform (crush fairly easily).Works well if you are aware of the limitations of the metal.

This WOULD be an excellent splint, however, the type of Velcro used catches - and marks - all kinds of fabrics. I could only use it inside a protective glove, otherwise the edge of the velcro would catch on clothing and furniture, leaving marks or small tears after carefully removing it.

Tried them on one occasion, seem ok for the job
