I came across The BGR and founder David from their successful Indiegogo campaign which sold me on this product within 30 seconds. And it did not disappoint!As a tall and heavy guy (6ft 8 and 100kg), I need calisthenics equipment that can handle my weight and pressure. Thankfully, The BGR's adjustable straps can surprisingly do just that, no matter what exercise I'm doing. I feel completely comfortable and stable when using them.What's really impressive about "The BGR" is how portable it is. It's incredibly easy to pack in a gym bag and take with you wherever you go, which is perfect for those of us who are always on the move. I use mine outside using one of the communal work out bars (like monkey bars and hurdles) to attach the BGR to. The fact I don't have to carry about a million straps with me makes a huge difference, that's what I was doing with my old equipment. Some quality engineering been put into the BGR.Overall, I highly recommend "The BGR" to anyone who's looking for quality workout equipment that can handle a lot of pressure and is portable enough to work out anywhere.

Having played with TRX both at home and at the gym, I revelled in how tidy this BGR solution is. Easier to store. Swappable accessories (and I’m loving the olympic rings).

Came across this whilst browsing, but I bought it ages ago when the company was starting out. Really high-quality product and really nice feel to the units. I use it over a door in the bedroom and will be using it in the park once the weather improves in England. Ok, it's a lot more expensive than a set of rings, but you get the suspension trainer grips and the bar, which is an amazing addition!

Bought the BGR for my home gym and to use with personal training clients. It is a great piece of equipment and the 3 different attachments are excellent for increasing the range of exercises available ✅️ I use this in every session now. I previously used the TRX but this is much easier to set up, use and adjust so saves valuable time. Would highly recommend purchasing👌
