I only take them if I’m still awake after 30-45 minutes., I take the gummies. I listen to classical music. (Sleep sounds). And I set the timer to turn off after 30 minutes . If I’m still awake after 30 min. I take the recommended dose of the Meletonin and fall asleep within 15 minutes. I cannot recommend sleep aids Long term use can be danger and was up your memory. My issue with sleep is Generalized Anxiety. Please don’t assume that all over the counter meds are safe. Pam

These definitely work! They taste good but still work well, influencing me to fall asleep pretty fast. They seem to be better than certain Member’s Mark counterparts as well in effectiveness.
