Planning a trip to Italy where we can take only carry-on size luggage so bought these packing cubes to maximize the amount I can fit in my luggage. I ordered several different ones before settling on this set. First, I wanted to be able to see through them somewhat. Second, they needed to be compression cubes. And 3rd, not break the bank! Many sets had less cubes but threw in a shoe bag and dirty clothes bag. I wanted a set with more cubes and a variety of sizes. This set includes 2 of each small, med, and large packing cubes. I love the variety of sizes because depending on what size luggage you are using, you may need different sizes so they will fit in your luggage like puzzle pieces. They compress well, just don't try to fit too much in them or they are very difficult to zip and it could put too much stress on the zipper. They seem well-made, but a zipper is still a zipper! I used them on a shorter trip recently and was very satisfied. Kept my clothes organized. If you only want to use them for organizatiob, you can use them without the compression zipper zipped.

These are so ridiculously convenient! I can't believe how much space they save! I rolled 6 huge, voluminous linen dresses into one cube. That was almost my entire wardrobe for the 2 week trip right there. If I didn't have toiletries and extra shoes and whatnot, the 3 of us could have fit everything into 2 small carry ons! I'm so glad I didn't get the vacuum bags with the pump. The zippers are super sturdy as well!

I recently purchased the NICOSHOW Compression Packing Cubes for Travel, and overall, I'm quite satisfied. My daughter was able to use three of them seamlessly, which speaks volumes about their user-friendliness.However, I did struggle a bit with selecting the right size for myself. That said, I'm not giving up! I'll definitely keep them and try again. They seem well-made and promising, and I'm confident I'll get the hang of it soon. Definitely worth a try if you're patient!

I like the smaller packing cubes. I have several different packing cubes. This by far is the best I have out of 4 different brands.The package gives you several smaller sizes. I travel for 6 weeks international in a carry on. The smaller bags work great for separating clothes , electrical, and personnel needs. All fit in nicely in my carry on luggage. A must for traveling.Study and easy to clean

This is my third set of packing cubes. As someone who travels for a living (several times a week), and having these for a few weeks now, I can assure you, these are LEGIT!They’re pretty sturdy and stronger built than my previous two sets of packing cubes, and the compression zipper is a game changer.Overall: Great buy!!

These have been amazing! I needed to pack enough clothes for a month-long trip abroad inside of a carryon luggage. I was not sure I would be able to fit all of the clothing I needed because the first half of my trip was to Iceland where I need warm clothing (puffer jacket, puffer vest, hiking boots, and several layers of clothing) and the second half was to Croatia where I needed beachwear and other pieces suitable for warm weather. To my surprise, these allowed me to fit all of my clothes and I didn’t have to check a single bag! I was hesitant to buy picking cubes, but am so glad I did. I used them again for a short trip to Bali and when coming home my suitcase was overweight because I bought hand carved wood pieces. I pulled out one of the packing cubes from my carryon luggage and put it into my handbag to get my luggage to the acceptable weight. These have been such a great buy!

Just came back from a trip using these packing cubes. I will never travel without them again. Made it convenient to pack like items. Ability to pack more stuff. Left room in the suitcase to bring home more purchase. Held up well. Highly rcommend.

I have regular packing cubes that I love, but wanted to try a set with compression in hopes it would give me more space in carry-on bags. I used these for two different trips, and used the shoe bag and the S, M, and L bags at least once. I tried to use the cable bag, the underwear bag broke, and I didn't have immediate use for the laundry bag.In short, they work in compressing, and they were pretty lightweight. But one of the zippers immediately broke, and I'd prefer more "squishing." I think this would work for small trips and if you don't overpack, but the quality reflects the lower-range price.I personally am going to wait and invest in a pricier set that will compress items more evenly, and that should have more reliable zippers. But this will do the job until then for smaller trips.For more detail:The good...* They were pretty lightweight - I didn't worry about them adding extra weight to my bags* The general size was good - I could fit multiple bags in a 19" carry-on bag* I liked having different sizes (vs. multiple of a single size) in the set* There is compression - the height of each bag was noticeably smaller after zipping it (but keep reading...)The meh...* I like that the shoe bag is big. I thought I'd like the zipper (my others have string ties), but after putting a pair of shoes in it, I got paranoid the zipper would break. I didn't test it, but it may be best for really low-profile shoes (e.g. sandals).* Since the top is mesh, the compression is limited to the edges of the bag, as others have described. You therefore have a bump in the middle of the bag that is smaller than if the compression wasn't zipped, but is definitely prominent. This made it harder to stack bags, since they all had the "belly" in the middle.* Since I was worried about the zippers, I didn't overfill the bags and packed them just below the top of the bag - I could have fit another 1-2 items in each easily, and even more if not compressing them. They zipped very easily with the regular zipper, but made it about 3/4 of the way with the compression zipper before it got very hard to zip. I squeezed and made it work, but was worried. The second trip, I packed to reflect the "belly bubble" that was happening, leaving the edges a little lower. That made it easier than the first trip, but still had to work to get the compression zipper to go all the way around.* The cable organizer doesn't have a ton of give. I put a few charging cables and a charging brick in it, and it barely closed. I didn't use it, as I was worried about it breaking like the other bag. I only had 1/3 of the little sections used, so this could work well if you only have a few, small cables. But in that case you could fit them in a much smaller bag, which is what I did instead.* I'd prefer more color optionsThe bad...* The zipper on the "underwear packing cube" broke immediately (see photo). I zipped it when it was half-full and one of the zippers split, preventing it from working. Since it wasn't full, this wasn't due to being over-packed. It just broke, which was disappointing. So it never got used on a trip.* It had a strong odor upon arrival. I let it air out for a few days in the sun, which helped a lot, but not 100%. I was worried about putting clothes in it, but had a trip and didn't want to wait. My clothes were fine, but I can still smell it on the bags that I didn't use.

These cubes appear to be well made however, they are definitely more suitable to carryon luggage rather than a larger suitcase. Because of their size, you can’t pack as many clothes as a regular packing cube. I would have preferred larger but they were advertised for carryon luggage. (My mistake). When compressed, they do become more compact, so will save some room for a couple of my regular packing cubes that i will take as well. Overall, for carryon with not too many clothes, they should be fine.

I have been travelling for many years, and the travel cubes I have bought in the past normally don't last. these are strong and very good quality. Highly recommend them to anyone travelling.
