I didn't expect to like this product as well as I do. I hadn't heard of it before. I don't mind the taste. Sometimes things with stevia in them have an aftertaste to me, but this one did not. I think it mixes well in water, but you could also put it in smoothies, coffee, etc. I can't say for sure if it is helping me but I am pleased with the quality and flavor of this product.

Im slowly transitioning to liquid supplements as they are absorbed by the body a lot better/faster. I add this to my water and it is very convenient.

I honestly was not extremely familiar with this product until recently, however I am very impressed with it! The flavor isn't bad and it has greatly improved how I sleep at night. I definitely noticed a difference between when I use it regularly and when I stop using it.

My Lyme doctor introduced me to Monolaurin. It helps - it’s antibacterial.I like the fact I can take this after spending time in the sauna. I think combining the two is probably like a one two punch. Although I have a lot less Lyme in my system these days, so it’s harder to pick up on just how much this helps.I’ve been taking ten drops in the morning before I go to the gym (and a couple hours before I eat). I think this is a good time to take it too, since the exercise should stir up the Lyme. Plus, I’m taking the 19 drops before bedtime (when I use the sauna, it’s before bed). My tummy isn’t bothered by taking more than the recommended amount per day. I’m not sure if it would be bothered, if I took it closer to meal times though.It tastes sweet because of the stevia. There’s an aftertaste of the Monolaurin and I recognize it only because I’ve used another Monolaurin supplement. It’s just an interesting taste - neither good or bad, in my opinion.

Reviewing a supplement is naturally highly subjective. My wife and I both take a half teaspoon of Monolaurin whenever we feel that slight throat itch or that feeling one gets when in the early stages of possibly coming down with a cold or a flu. Neither of us have gone past that and become sick since February 2022 (both Covid after a cruise). This is no guarantee that Monolaurin actually did prevent infection in our case, but that fact doesn't disqualify it. On the fence on this one.

The Lyfetrition monolaurin liquid extract comes in a black glass bottle with a dropper. This is sweetened with stevia. I don't think it has a bad taste or smell. Monolaurin has many health benefits such as being an antiviral, antibacterial, antifungal and it is immune boosting. So far, I haven't had an ill effects from taking this so it must be helping. I do think it has helped with my chronic sinus problems.

I have two little ones that passed germs and illnesses back-and-forth, especially since they go to daycare. When they are sick, I know ultimately, I will catch whatever they have. I really love the ingredients in this product, straightforward and natural. the taste isn’t some thing I enjoy however, it doesn’t taste terrible. I have not had any ill or negative effects taking this product. I also haven’t been sick since taking it not sure if that is luck or if the stuff is working regardless, the ingredients are great for you and I will continue to take it.

I have been taking Lyfetrition Monolaurin Liquid Extract for one month already, and I like and recommend this product! This is my first experience with liquid form Monolaurin - before, I took capsules daily. Given antimicrobial features, I noticed that daily Monolaurin helps with my chronic sinusitis. While Monolaurin is made from coconut, Lyfetrition extract has no coconut taste or aftertaste. As for the taste - this product is very tasty! It is a rich and flavorful liquid that is very easy to swallow. It is not oily or soapy at all.
